CSA Program for Mushrooms in Flagstaff:

1. Program Overview: Our CSA program is dedicated to providing the residents of Flagstaff with fresh and locally grown mushrooms. We cultivate a variety of gourmet mushrooms to ensure a diverse and delightful experience for our CSA members. By joining our program, you support sustainable agriculture and enjoy a regular supply of high-quality mushrooms.

2. Mushroom Varieties: We offer a selection of gourmet mushrooms, including but not limited to:

  • SF peaks Oyster (wild genetics)
  • Pink Oyster 
  • Blue Oyster 
  • Golden Oyster 
  • Lion's Mane 
  • King Trumpets
  • and more!

3. Subscription Options: Choose from the following subscription options:

  • December-February 12-16oz box (13 shares)
  • December-February 5-7oz box (13 shares)

4. How to Sign Up: To become a member of our CSA program, choose your preferred mushroom box size and delivery frequency. We have a limited number of subscriptions available, so sign up early to secure your spot.
